Rolling Base Only for 28" x 44" WindMasters

Replacement Rolling Base Only for our 28" x 44" Windmasters Only.  Cannot be used with models that do not originally have rolling bases.   This molded base can be weighted with water and is equipped with two built-in wheels which will engage when the sign is tilted to allow for it to be easily rolled into position. When the sign is in the upright position, the wheels disengage.

Sign frame, printed inserts and clear overlays are sold separately.
